Please select your preferred appointment time. You will be contacted by our office to confirm your appointment date and time.

Walk In visits are welcome Monday-Friday 8am-11am and 1pm-3pm.  We may be able to work in same day visits throughout the day.

There may be an afterhours charge of $15-40 dollars for those patients seen on Saturdays.  Unfortunately, patients with United and medicare are no eligible for Saturday appointments.
